Product Warranty

All products supplied by Clulite Torches & Spotlights Australia are covered against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months from date of purchase.

Products are expressly NOT covered against damage resulting from mis-use or abuse.

To claim warranty on a defective product purchased from Clulite Torches & Spotlights Australia, you will need obtain a Return Materials Authorisation number. You will then need to print and fill out the return form below and return it together with the product and proof of purchase to Clulite Torches & Spotlights Australia.

The defective product will then be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Clulite Torches & Spotlights Australia and returned to you.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any purchases you make from Clulite Torches & Spotlights Australia, simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund of purchase price - no questions asked.
